We aim to provide GPs and other referring specialists with a streamlined, optimised pathway to our services:
- Direct referral to a particular clinician with an option to request an urgent appointment for emergency cases
- Direct calls to the Institute and advice on appropriate specialist referral over the phone
- Referral to the specialist spine physician for a comprehensive assessment and management of non-surgical problems
For complex cases where a multi-disciplinary approach is deemed necessary, we strongly encourage referrals to the specialist spine physician who will be coordinating the different aspects of the care plan.
