We are active in the education of doctors and allied health professionals in the latest evidence-based treatments of spinal conditions. We also provide a forum for the presentation of novel biomedical research to the medical community.

We engage in the following educational activities:

Meetings: We hold monthly multidisciplinary meetings discussing clinical and research information relating to the diagnosis and management of spinal disorders. Complex clinical cases are presented regularly, and treatment approaches and outcomes are discussed by a multidisciplinary team of experts.

Seminars: We offer periodic, RACGP-accredited seminars providing GPs with up-to-date, evidence-based information on optimal management of spinal problems. The seminars cover a wide range of topics relating to both non-surgical and surgical approaches to treatment.

Symposiums: We host an annual Biomedical Engineering Symposium showcasing a broad spectrum of innovation projects and research into novel biomedical technologies.
